To implement and effective program to recruit
and retain physicians to the community of Kirkland Lake

To establish formal linkages with our health
care partners to provide a comprehensive continuum of care for the residents of
the catchment area.

District Hospital Foundation and the Hospital Auxiliary to enhance patient care
at the Hospital.
