LONG TERM CARE

This 15 bed department is on the 4th floor and provides services for long term care patients including chronic care, alternate level of care, geriatric rehabilitative and palliative care patients. Care is built around an individualized multidisciplinary approach involving both patient and family whenever possible.

The staff are committed to making patients and family as comfortable as possible by respecting each patient's dignity, independence, choice and personal and family needs.
