PRE ADMISSION CLINIC

The majority of our surgical patients are assessed by a registered nurse prior to their surgery in the pre-admission clinic. This has drastically reduced last minute cancellations by 74%. If required, the nurses arrange a preanesthetic consultation with one of our anaesthetists.

We are actively recruiting GP anesthetists so we can continue to provide surgical services in a timely fashion.
