MATERIAL MANAGEMENT

The department of Materiel Management is responsible for the purchasing, storage and distribution of all supplies and equipment used in the hospital.  The department has 2 divisions: Purchasing and Inventory and SPD (Sterilization, Processing and Distribution).  There is a total of six staff.

Purchasing issues approximately 200 purchase orders a month.  We have over 1,000 items in our storeroom.
