The function of this service is to promote and maintain
the highest possible degree of physical, mental and social well-being of all employees
by proactive programs, for wellness and the prevention of ill health caused by working
conditions and lifestyle.
Occupational Health Services

a safe health environment in the hospital.
- Provides
employees with health and safety educational programs to promote wellness and prevent
illness.
- Provides
primary care of employees for occupational as well as non-occupational illnesses
or injuries at work.
- Supports
the safe use of equipment and medical devices in the hospital.
- Monitors
the prevention of disease and disability.
- Offers
rehabilitation of sick and injured workers through an active Modified Work Program.
